Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery

　Our department treats various diseases (hearing loss, infectious disease, tumor) related to the ear, nose, oral cavity, pharynx, larynx, and head and neck area. We　can provide treatments those are functional and less invasive for the patients.

　In particular:

　1. Diagnosis and treatment of ear diseases (otitis media, hearing loss, tinnitus, malformations, etc.; particularly, minimally invasive surgery using an endoscope)

　2. Diagnosis and treatment of neuro-otological diseases (facial palsy, facial spasms, dizziness, acoustic tumor, etc.).

　3. Diagnosis and treatment of nasal diseases (chronic sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, olfactory disorder, etc.).

　4. Diagnosis and treatment of oral, pharyngeal, and laryngeal diseases (tonsillitis, snoring/sleep apnea, taste disorders, voice disorders, vocal cord polyps, dysphagia, etc.).

　5. Diagnosis and treatment of head and neck cancers (nasal sinus tumor, oral cavity tumor, pharyngeal tumor, laryngeal tumor, neck tumor, etc.) and thyroid tumor.

　6. Diagnosis and treatment of facial trauma
